Right now a friend of mine is having surgery for colon cancer…so right now as you read this would you please send a prayer to my friend and her family…I woke early this morning full of thoughts of her and her family and sent my own prayers as well to the doctors in the room with her. I know all is well and I know she will be fine. Know this with me please as there is strength in numbers.
My surgery is 3 weeks away now and I can’t wait but I am so glad there are three more weeks of summer and I plan to enjoy them!
off to exercise now that I have paid my bills!!!
