Really the time I would be writing my blog this week I have been writing an introduction to a book taken from this blog. I realized it was time to buckle down and do it and see if it flew—I also got tired of reading depressing scary negative books about cancer…I believe we have a choice as to our attitude…I am much nicer to be around when I am positive…
My friend Edita went for another swim. This time it was the length of the golden gate bridge. Now I don’t know what you know about that area but the currents are nasty and the water is cold–57 degrees I think she said. She came in first in the woman in wet suit group–you would have to be nuts to do it without a wetsuit I think…So she bested her time and her competition. What an inspiration to us all to just go do it. This is a woman with a college age daughter by the way and in amazing shape!!!
