As an actress you sometimes flinch at seeing yourself on screen years later. Well today I received a dvd of a show I did years ago–so I just spent two hours deep in my past. Nicely, it wasn’t embarrassing. It was a fun drift into the past. I could see the potential there in my ability as a performer. Everyone was so young and so thin! this was a true gift today and a lovely way to spend day 3 watching my younger self–so full of promise and remind myself that all of that is still in all of us. That youth –that vitality–that thrill and somewhere under used–that voice.
Muscles are meant to be used so I am off to use mine a bit.
