This is a book I have been reading–showing lots of info on studies done on what we all know to be true…Our diets can kill us or save us–we can change the future with how we eat.

So here is what I am considering—Making animal protein a condiment,
Michael Pollen’s idea–eat a variety of foods, mostly plants, not too much
Eating more beens legumes lentils
Growing my vegie garden–I know this was the plan but things got sidetracked by CANCER! so now I have to get it going—
Getting the sugar out–this I know I need to do but it is so hard for me…I love sweets but do I love them more than living longer healthier and stronger–I don’t think so.
